Online fees associated with registering via the website will NOT be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to campers before the start of camp in the event that the camp cannot occur due to safety concerns, changes in University protocols, or if camps become prohibited by the NCAA or another governing body.
Team camp deposits are non-refundable unless camps are cancelled due to one of reasons listed above.
Refunds for individual camps will only be honored due to an injury to the participant that prohibits them from participating in the camp BEFORE the start of camp. Before a refund is issued, the camp staff must obtain a written doctor’s note stating that the participant is not able to participate in camp minus a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for camp dismissal for disciplinary actions and/or voluntary withdrawal from any part of the camp.
